Joe-Shirts.com Returns Policy

Unused items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days (for Australian orders) or 28 days (for international orders) of receipt. Simply contact us with your details, what item you would like to return, why and whether you would like an exchange for replacement items, or refund. Our Web Sales Team is available Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 EST and can be contacted on +61 0418 778590 or via our contact us page.

Please note that returning items will be at your own expense except where the return is as a result of defect in which such expense is waived. Also, with exchanges, where the replacement item costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference however, if the new item costs more, then an additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for dispatch of exchanged goods.

Postage and Delivery

We deliver to anywhere in Australia for $12.00 and $55.00 for all international postage. All orders over $300 are delivered free of any postage charges.

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post and where possible and economically viable, the following methods will be used:

Express satchels (for urgent deliveries): 1-3 working days (used within Australia)
Regular delivery: 5 working days (within Australia)
Standard Airmail for Overseas: 3-14 days (depending on country)

These delivery times are only estimates and will depend on your location. We aim for customers to receive their products within 3 working days but please allow up to the full 10 working days (two whole weeks for international orders). We will do our best to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to the Australia Post service.

Also, please note that parcels are required to be signed for upon delivery and that deliveries will only be made on Monday to Friday during business hours. Should you wish to have your shopping delivered to an alternative address please state this in the ‘Delivery Address’ section. Your order will be charged in the local currency of the shipping country/region. Items which are sent to an address other than that of the card billing address may be subject to confirmation with the card holder.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Joe-Shirts be liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with the use of information available from this Web Site whether direct or indirect including, without limitation, any liability relating to any loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits or lost data, or incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
